500 Industries – Returns & Refunds Policy
Effective Date: 8 November 2020
At 500 Industries, every product is custom made to order. Because each item is printed, processed, and created individually just for you, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for any reason other than manufacturing defects.
This policy helps us maintain fair pricing, reduce waste, and ensure that all apparel and accessories are created fresh for each customer.
❌ NO RETURNS — NO EXCHANGES
Since all items are made to order:
- We do not accept returns
- We do not accept size exchanges
- We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse
- We do not refund orders for selecting the wrong size, color, or item
Please double-check your cart, sizing, and shipping information before placing your order.
⚠️ Exceptions — Defective or Incorrect Items
We will replace an item at no cost if:
- The product is defective
- The product arrives damaged
- The wrong item was shipped
- The print is significantly misaligned or flawed
If you experience any of the above, please email us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product
Once verified, we will ship a replacement at no charge.
📦 Lost Packages
If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located:
- We recommend checking with neighbors or your local carrier
- 500 Industries is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation
- You may file a claim directly with the carrier
If a package is lost in transit, contact us and we will assist in opening a carrier investigation.
🧵 Quality Check
Every item is created using high-quality print technology. However, small variations in color, print placement, or alignment are normal in made-to-order manufacturing and are not considered defects.
